Post 73 Holidays and wellness
Hello again. After being inactive for a few days, since my computer crashed and then I went on holidays, I am back to work. I will continue talking about emotions in next posts, but today I want to talk about the importance of knowing how to disconnect. In this era of the coronavirus that affects us all to a greater or lesser extent, and in different ways, it is important to know how to disconnect and know how to rest, and relativize things. I explain. When my computer crashed (and it was not updated. I had saved things but not the latest ones) at first I felt frustrated, but then I thought that almost everything important that I had on my computer was saved and what is not, is not something that I cannot replace or replace in time, and after a time of feeling anger and grief, I decided that my emotional well-being was more important and I turned the page. And see the advantages that I have now (a new computer) and see to minimize the inconveniences and go more slowly than expected, because I have to recover things. And in part it has helped me to disconnect from work and other things, something that always comes in handy. In the next post I will talk about the importance of vacations and disconnect .. and I would love to hear from you and know what you do to disconnect and what negative things have happened to you and you have seen the positive side I would love to read you here or by email mariarivescoach@gmail.com
