What is Coaching?
What is Coaching and the Coach?
Coaching is focused on “helping to learn”, which is a different process when teaching.
The coach (facilitator) is not someone who tells the coachee (client) what he has to do. Your task is not to judge, nor give advice.
The role of the coach is to ask questions that stimulate reflection, to reflect critically on undoubted assumptions, to question beliefs and to make what is considered unquestionable questionable, thus favoring personal development and growth.
The coach’s work is based more on question marks than on admiration.
Its mission is to make each person reach their own understandings, live with more conscience and authenticity, and become a master of himself.
Personal coaching can be, and is for many people, a transformation and a change in people’s lives.
Benefits you can get
The main benefit of coaching is that people feel empowered to take control of their lives.
He gains clarity and becomes proactive in the decisions of his own life increasing satisfaction, fulfillment and peace of mind.
You can work with the coach any area of life at any time of it. It’s never too late to enjoy life more, to be your best self. My goal as a transformation coach is to help people discover their inner voice, their desires, strengths and how to live the life they want.
Also, be aware of your thoughts, that affect your emotions and that you are able to flow with the energies.
I want to help people unleash their full potential, to be as much as they can, to be aware of what they feel and think and in a harmonious way to achieve their goals. When you have brought out all your potential and enjoy what you do, then you are happy with yourself, you have peace of mind and in your heart, then you feel really good.
As a wellness coach, I pursue the same goals as with the transformation coaching but with more specific objectives. We work in some, or in several, areas of personal, group or community well-being (personal, social, economic, physical, mental, spiritual …).
