What is meditation?

Meditation is a millenary technique that has multiple benefits (physical, psychic, spiritual ...). I practical 2, mindfulness and meta-bavana. Both in the workshop format (more information in the workshops) and in individual sessions I will teach you what meditation is, what it is for, benefits, and of course, most importantly, to meditate, so that you can experience what it is and benefit from it.
