post 65 on emotions 5
I am doing a course on emotional intelligence (you always have to learn and update yourself) and apart from talking about the different intelligences (spatial, musical, visual ...), they classify them into 2 large groups: 1.- Interpersonal Intelligence Interpersonal Intelligence is built out of a nuclear capacity to feel distinctions from others: in particular, contrasts in their moods, temperaments, motivations, and intentions. In more advanced forms, this intelligence enables a skilled adult to read the intentions and desires of others, even if they have been hidden ... 2.-Intrapersonal Intelligence Intrapersonal Intelligence is related to “Knowledge of the internal aspects of a person: access to one's emotional life, to one's own range of understandings, the ability to discriminate between emotions and finally put a name on them and resort to them as a means of interpreting and guiding one's behavior ”. It is still the definition of emotional intelligence. I would like to know what you think You already know how happy you are to read here or by email mariarivescoach@gmail.com
