post 62 about emotions 3
Today I want to start with a quote. “Anyone can get angry, this is easy. But getting mad at the right person, at the right intensity, at the right time, for the right reasons and in the most appropriate way, is not easy. "Aristotle That is a good definition of emotional intelligence. Feeling with the right person, the right intensity, the right time and the right way…. And although sometimes it is not easy, it is possible to learn to identify (first step) your emotions and those of others and managing them correctly is vital to live well and speaking of anger and emotions: Anger is one of the basic emotions. Emotions are classified into primary (or innate) and secondary (or learned). Not all emotions are very clear in which category they are, but anger, happiness, sadness and fear do seem that all the authors agree. And in secondary include shame (have you ever met a baby with shame?) Love and dislike. The important thing for us is that we know how to identify emotions (ours and others') and act wisely what do you think? Delighted to read you here or through my email mariarivescoach@gmail.com
