post 154 emotional well-being Psychological area 3
hello again, today I will continue talking about the psychological area in emotional well-being, about how you think and feel. These two things are very interconnected with each other and with your well-being. Have you stopped to think about how you think? To observe how you think before some event? It is good to notice in your thought process and how you react to know if that way of thinking is profitable and useful for you. It is not about always thinking positive and that everything will be fine. It is good to have a positive mind, but not everything is wonderful. For me, the best thing is to have what I call realistic-positive thinking. That is, in a situation, see all the possibilities, make a realistic assessment and see the good of the matter, and see how to fix the bad things.
A good exercise to have well-being in this area is on a topic that is important to you (work, partner, health…) and without thinking too much write what you think about it and how you feel. It is the first step to wellness. Be aware of how you see the world and see if something needs to be changed to improve this. I will continue talking in future posts…. But while I would like to know how you think … I would love to read you here or through my email mariarivescoach@gmail.com and happy to accompany you on your wellness journey
