Post 124 emotional well-being: shutting yourself off
Hi, how are you? In this post I keep talking about the issue of being bad and then being better, but from a different perspective. Now that in the northern hemisphere we are in autumn and on the way to winter, with fewer hours of light, and in many places with cold, many people, including me, feel a kind of sadness and do not feel like going out, and we are more in home, hibernating like bears …. And it is a feeling that often bothers me, and I feel bad. Although sometimes I like to be locked up and away, regaining strength. It is good to stop from time to time, check up, see what happens, review what is right and what is wrong and recover injuries. And although sometimes the process is painful, or sad, or does not feel like it, then, if you do it well, you are better, what do you think?
