Post 109 emotional well-being holidays
Hello again. Sorry I didn’t write last week, but I was on holydays. I had the opportunity to go a few days to a rural house near where I live and I took advantage of it. I needed to recharge my batteries, since I am having a lot of work and extra activities (in the mornings I am doing an intensive German course that requires time and effort and that together with my work as a coach and psychology studies, among other things) so I needed to stop, why am I telling you? Because it is important for your emotional well-being to know how you are, and to know how to stop. And enjoy life. No hurries. And go doing one thing after the other and taking our time.
We live in a time when it seems that you have to do many things and be a super-woman. And although we are powerful, to have emotional well-being you have to know when to stop, listen to yourself, prioritize what you want and need at that moment and go for it. What do you think? Delighted to read you here or through my email mariarivescoach@gmail.com and delighted to accompany you on your journey of emotional well-being
