Hello, how have you handled the issue of noticing emotions? In a project that I am on, I now have to do a talk about practicing the awareness of my thoughts and feelings and the effect that my responses have on others. For this I have to keep a record of my moods and attitudes for at least two weeks, realizing the positive and negative and my successes and efforts and the things for which I am grateful. It is something I have already done in my coaching training but it is something that comes in handy. And by improving your thoughts, being aware of your positive thoughts and your emotions improves your life and has a positive effect on others. Will you accompany me in this process?
