Post 70 continuing with the emotions
Hello again. Speaking of emotions, these can be classified into primary and secondary. In the primary there is anger, sadness, joy and fear And the secondary ones are love, aversion, surprise and shame. And then they can combine and give another series of emotions. And I will talk about these later. But it is good that we can identify when we feel these emotions without judging them. Be aware of them. I propose you an exercise. Give yourself time and write down when you felt those emotions. Without judgment. Just write down I felt anger when ... (and with the rest of the emotions) where in your body did you feel it the most? How was your body? Are you able to put a color on it? form? A flavour? A smell? a sound? When I feel joy, I see everything brighter with a lot of light. And I feel it coming out of the center of me and going everywhere. And my body is open ... And if I had to put a smell on it, it would be freshly cut grass. And the mint or chocolate flavor and the sound of a baby's laughter I have given you the one of joy, but it is good to do it with all the emotions and see when we feel them…. Pleased to read how you live your emotions and if you have any questions do not be afraid or ashamed and tell me… .through here or through my email mariarivescoach@gmail.com
