post 69 more than emotions
In other posts I have already talked about what emotional intelligence is and having it is essential to live better and have well-being. For this, it is very useful to recognize the emotions we feel at all times and adapt our response appropriately taking into account our emotions and the environment. An exercise that is very good for it is to stop from time to time, close your eyes and notice what are you feeling. See if it is an emotion that corresponds to the situation you are experiencing (it is normal to be sad if you have failed an exam for example) and how come you are answering. Do you stop to notice your emotions? If yes, how do you do it? Nice to read you here or by email mariarivescoach@gmail.com and I will continue talking about this topic in future posts….
