Emotional well-being and New Year
Hello again. Already back home, after almost a month out, it’s time for the routine, to get back to my things and start fulfilling my New Year’s resolutions.
I want to talk about 2 things in these new year posts, my Christmas feelings, which are similar to those of many and New Year’s resolutions.
For me, Christmas has been a bittersweet feeling for a long time. I like Christmas, see the family, meet people, in my case, I do not see for a long time, the illusion of gifts (I love giving and give me away), I keep writing the letter to the 3 Wise Men, or Santa, asking for material things and not materials, decorate the house , pass the illusion of Christmas to the next generation, because I have very good memories and I want my nephews to have them….…
That’s the sweet part. The reunion and the Illusion of gifts (the importance of giving and receiving), and to ask with conscience what you want.
The sour part is that people are missing that you want, although I get along very well with my inner child (theme for another post, getting along with your inner child, or child) is not the same. It is also true that in winter, having fewer hours of light, and colder, makes you more tristona, and invites reflection (also be New Year, it is good to take stock….) The good thing is that Christmas marks the end of the short days and they are lengthening the days….
What do you like about Christmas? And the winter? Can you tell me? Happy to hear from you….
On the purposes and balance of the year is good towards the end of the year, taking advantage of the season favors the gathering, comes well to stand, reflect on what we have achieved in the year, what we have missed, say goodbye to the old, and see things you want get and planning
With measurable and realistic objectives. And not to be overwhelmed with the subject, remembering that the journey of a thousand miles begins, and ends, with a step, and that makes way to walk. Next post I’ll talk about how to make an annual plan considering your emotional well-being and even if the year has started there are always stragglers and the important thing is to start….
