Post 22. Emotional wellbeing at Easter
Hello again, as today is Easter Monday, I want to talk about what this celebration means from my point of view and how it can help us in our emotional well-being
Easter means a death and a resurrection. In many cultures, since ancient, was celebrated the end of winter, that winter brings death, or repose. Nature dies or hibernates, and in the beginning of spring life begins. Everything seems to come back to life. The plants bloom, the animals procreate, there is more food, the days are longer….. A lot of people feel better. more alive, more eager to do things, to stay with people. Winter is a good stage for introspection, rest, let things go “to die” and have room for the new to come. I take these days to reflect what I want to leave behind and see what I want to flourish now. I take the opportunity to be more on the street and enjoy the German spring.
The seasons are quite marked here. The spring here is beautiful and the heat and the flowers feel very good to me. I go to forests and parks, which here are many and charge batteries. I stay with people, share more things and expand. I’ve cleaned up what I didn’t want and planted the new thing I want. And it suits me very well. What does Easter mean to you? And what it represents of death and life? How does spring affect you? Any questions or comments do not hesitate to comment here or at mariarivescoach@gmail.com
In next posts I’ll talk about social welfare as I had commented in previous post
