Post 89 emotional well-being and Christmas
Before continuing with the emotions and the story of sadness, I want to apologize for not writing the blog in a couple of weeks. I have been on holidays and I have not been able to write. How have you lived Christmas? Normally they are usually contradictory parties, on the one hand happy because you are with the family, and on the other sad (sometimes) because of the losses and they are usually excessive. And perhaps this year they have been more difficult than normal due to restrictions. And whatever you feel, it is good that you stop and identify what you feel, how you live it, know how to express it appropriately and see how you can improve it. And this New Year's Eve how are you going to celebrate it? Maybe you can consider doing something different, due to the restrictions. It is a good time to be with you more and see how to close a cycle, see objectives for 2021 from a calmer way…. I'm going to do two workshops, one on the 31st in the afternoon to say goodbye to the old, and another on the 1st in the morning of the opening for the new year.
