POST 36 FOLLOWING WITH LOUISE HAY
Continuing to comment on this author, who has many things that I share, and not others. This decalogue I agree with almost everything. Today I comment on articles 4 and 5.
4. BE KIND TO YOUR MIND. Hatred of oneself is only hatred of one’s thoughts. Don’t hate yourself or hurt yourself by having those thoughts, love yourself by changing them gently.
This article has a great truth. We are what we think and if we have hateful thoughts towards ourselves we hate ourselves. Give yourself permission to change these thoughts. Look at the negative things, or what you don’t like. Are they worse than those of other people? Are the things that we don’t like really bad? Or an interpretation? If it is bad, is it important? And does it not deserve your love? For example, I sing of sorrow, I think I better shut up, but that doesn’t make me love me less. And other things that I don’t like negatives, I work on them to eliminate them, and I still love myself. Because despite not being perfect (who is it?) I have many good things
5. CHOOSE. Criticism destroys the spirit and inner energy. Praise and appreciation build it. Praise everything you can. Recognize what you are doing well in every little thing.
In this article, which I love, she says, appreciate how good you are. Be grateful for all the good things you have, who you are, what you do…. And do it every day. And with peace of mind, and whenever you want, improve and increase your good things. I would love to read the good things you have. Do you share it with me Here or by my email mariarivescoach@gmail.com
