hello again, today I am going to start the third block, the psychological one, of emotional well-being. Perhaps the one I like the most. And I think it is the one that most influences well-being, since the mind is a powerful tool that, when used well, helps us to be well, right? Today I will make a brief introduction and I will analyze it in the following posts. This area includes the care of your being, of your mind and I subdivide it into two:
-psychological area which includes care and mental health. How you think and act and your learning fundamentally formal education (mathematics, science…)
-spiritual area that has to do with your values, sense of transcendence, why you act as you do.
